Players should bring the following to all MYA Field hockey sessions: (1) stick, (2) mouth guard, (3) shin guards, (4) water bottle. Soccer cleats are recommended. All players will be given an MYA Field Hockey shirt. Please wear it each week.

Players will not be allowed to play without a mouth guard. Every MYA player will be provided with a mouth guard on the first day. If you need another one (and we still have extras), you can purchase one for $1.00.

Please remember to bring a filled water bottle to every session to assure that you always have enough water. This is especially important on hot days. Players are discouraged from bringing sweet drinks to sessions, as they attract bees (pests who are frequent visitors around trash receptacles and open soda and juice cans at field hockey).

Players should apply sunscreen or insect repellent prior to arrival. We will not provide either at our sessions.
