Players should bring the following to all MFC field hockey sessions: (1) stick, (2) mouth guard, (3) shin guards, (4) water bottle. 5)All players will be given a reversible for the fall season.

Players will not be allowed to play without a mouth guard.

Please remember to bring a filled water bottle to every session to assure that you always have enough water. This is especially important on hot days. Players are discouraged from bringing sweet drinks to sessions, as they attract bees (pests who are frequent visitors around trash receptacles and open soda and juice cans at field hockey).

Players should apply sunscreen or insect repellent prior to arrival. We will not provide either at our sessions or games.
